Our original manuscript entitled "Histone H2A deubiquitinase BAP1 is required for endothelial cell differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells " has been accepted for publication for the special issue "Pluripotent stem cells" by In Vitro Cellular and Developmental Biology - Animal journal - May 2024!!

Dr Jasmeet Kaur Virdi has now joined as a Post Doctoral Fellow at Extracellular Signalling and Cell Fate lab, Lund University, Sweden in May 2024. Here's wishing her the best !!

Congratulations to Jasmeet for a successful PhD Viva defense on 24th January 2024 at NMIMS Sunandan Divatia School of Science. External examiner was Prof Shamik Sen, from  Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B).

After a long wait , Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt of India issued the sanction order for the project "Investigating the role of Polycomb group (PcG) proteins in regulating Epithelial Mesenchymal transition (EMT) & fibrotic genes in endometrium of women with stage III-IV endometriosis. BT/PR43135/MED/97/609/2021 "

Ms Dharitree Samal won the "Second Best Poster' award at the 7th International Conference on Translational Research, organized by All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi, INDIA, 16th- 18th October, 2023. The poster was entitled "Histone H2A deubiquitinase BAP1 is essential for endothelial differentiation from human pluripotent stem cells"
